Frequently asked questions

What is Fractional Talent Advisory?

It gives an organisation access to experienced senior talent leadership on a flexible basis. Rather than hiring permanently, the organisation can access the expertise it needs for a defined period, programme or number of days each month.

When does a fractional model make sense?

It can be particularly effective during periods of growth, transformation or transition, or where the organisation needs senior expertise but does not yet require or want a full-time talent leader.

Does this replace our existing Talent or HR team?

No. Our preference is to work alongside existing teams, strengthening their capability and helping them operate more strategically and effectively.

How flexible is the model?

Very. Engagements can range from regular advisory support each month to more intensive leadership through a specific transformation or period of change.

What happens when the engagement ends?

Knowledge transfer is built into the model. The objective is to leave clear ownership, stronger capability, better processes and appropriate measures within the organisation.
